i used a: dpkg --get-selections | grep -v deinstall | grep gnome to get a listed of installed gnome apps, and tested the most of them quickly. here’s the result of the apps not working in terms of window decoration/theming:
gnome-calculator - alternative: mate-calculator
gnome-clocks
gnome-calendar
gnome-characters
gnome-mahjongg
gnome-mines
gnome-text-editor - alternative: PLUMA
gnome-todo
gnome-logs
maybe we could find alternatives in this thread to replace them.
