Wish Phoronix would use this instead of the legacy forum software they have now! Perhaps he can make you contractor to modernize his site! 
I have seen other websites use the same style (albeit with a different color scheme) as Ubuntu Unity’s website. I don’t think anyone at Ubuntu Unity developed the website in-house, however, it’s a nice observation
