Ubuntu Unity 22.04 flatpak theme integration

On fresh Ubuntu Unity 22.04 flatpak
Tested with Handbrake and bitwarden.
Dark theme is not applied even if apps installed as system app or user app.
Tested Official Ubuntu Desktop 22.04. Dark theme for flatpaks works.
Here is flatpak list output:
HandBrake fr.handbrake.ghb 1.5.1 stable user
Mesa org.freedesktop.Platform.GL.default 21.3.8 21.08 system
openh264 org.freedesktop.Platform.openh264 2.1.0 2.0 system
GNOME Application Platform version 41 org.gnome.Platform 41 system
Yaru-dark Gtk Theme org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Yaru-dark 3.22 system
Yaru-dark Gtk Theme org.gtk.Gtk3theme.Yaru-dark 3.22 user

Update: Enabling Yaru-dark theme Instead of Yaru-unity-dark (default Ubuntu Unity Theme) solves the issue.

I thought there was a freedesktop standard for dark theme that was implemented for GNOME 42 and GTK 4 (I don’t really know which version). Considering that Ubuntu Unity 22.04 Jammy is based on the same regular Ubuntu release, it shouldn’t have been there. Based on the information that you gave me, this is a Yaru Unity theme issue, I’ll see if I can report it. Thanks for everything, by the way!
